Delivery Times for the USA:
All orders for the USA include free shipping with no minimum purchase required and are delivered within 5 to 8 business days.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail.
You can use your tracking number to follow your order on our Track my order section.

How do I know if my order has been processed?
To ensure that your order has been processed correctly, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after your purchase.
This e-mail confirms that your order has been registered in our system.
If it's still not there, please contact us directly by e-mail at pureecat@contact.com, and we'll be happy to help you and confirm the status of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed.

How do I return my order?
Write to us at contact@pureecat.com, indicating your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return or exchange.
Prepare the return package by carefully packing the product(s) in their original packaging and carton. Enclose the purchase invoice or delivery note. Items must be unused.
We will send you a prepaid delivery note to stick on the parcel.
Keep the proof of parcel delivery, which will serve as proof in the event of a dispute or loss by the postal services.
You will be notified by e-mail when we receive your return package. We will then either exchange the products in your order by shipping the new items, or refund your bank account for the returned products within 7 working days.
